I didn’t start WebFlag because the world needed another hosting company.
I started it because too many good businesses were being let down by an industry that had forgotten how normal people actually buy technology.
Most business owners do not want to compare server jargon, hunt through endless add-ons or wonder whether they have chosen the wrong package. They want a website that works, email that feels professional and someone sensible to ask when something goes wrong.
That is what WebFlag is here to provide.
Why my background matters
My career in aviation taught me that reliability, preparation and clear communication are not optional. When people trust you with something important, you take ownership, keep them informed and do the job properly.
I brought that same mindset into WebFlag, and it now shapes how our whole team works. The standard is simple: explain things clearly, do what we say we will do and never make a customer feel like a ticket number.
What I want WebFlag to become
We are not trying to build the loudest or cheapest hosting company in Britain. We want to build the one people recommend to a friend because everything felt surprisingly straightforward.
“When you contact WebFlag, you will speak to someone who understands our products, cares about your business and knows when to bring something directly to me.”
